As part of its commitment to strengthening its position in the national heavy equipment market, PT Bumi Citra Traktor Nusantara (BCTN), a subsidiary of TB Global Group, held its annual Kick-Off Meeting and Work Meeting (Raker) on January 14–15, 2026, at the BCTN office on the 3A floor of WTC Mangga Dua, North Jakarta.
Over two full days, 40 representatives from various internal divisions gathered to evaluate the previous year's achievements and develop a more competitive business strategy. In addition to formulating strategies, this opportunity was also used to welcome the new team to quickly adapt to the company's work culture, which emphasizes professionalism and collaboration.
